The Harbingers Roleplaying Game: 15th Edition

The Harbingers Roleplaying Game has been updated to the 15th edition!

Big changes this time around are a Technique upgrade! In short, they no longer require Ability to use. In return, some Techniques have specific limitations. 

There have also been changes to a lot of the Techniques and Traits. We've been moving away from Difficulty modifiers for Traits, and instead focusing on rerolls as that seems to deliver a better result. 

Another edition is Health modification (to damage or restore it) is a base 1d4. That means you can heal or hurt someone with a simple Skill Roll, instead of just hurting them. As might be expected, items, Techniques, etc. that restore Health are more effective.

Lastly, there was a huge visual upgrade. We've been using a new program and transcribed the book's contents over there. It makes layouts a lot easier, which is likely noticeable from the upgraded picture placement.
